R & R Technology Co., Ltd. ('R & R', 'we', 'our') develops ERP Expert, a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, protect and retain information when providing ERP Expert and its marketplace integration services, including Shopee Open Platform and future integrations such as Lazada.
This policy applies to the ERP Expert application, customer portal, APIs, support services, marketplace integrations, and the official website. It does not apply to third-party services that maintain their own privacy policies.
We may process business contact information, user accounts, authentication information, ERP transaction metadata, order information received from authorized marketplace integrations, audit logs, API tokens, and technical diagnostic information required to operate the service.
ERP Expert only accesses marketplace information after explicit authorization by the customer through the official marketplace authorization process. Data may include shop profile, products, inventory, orders, shipment status and other information permitted by the marketplace provider.
We process information to authenticate users, synchronize marketplace orders, create ERP sales transactions, synchronize inventory, provide customer support, maintain security, generate reports, improve system reliability and comply with legal obligations.
ERP Expert follows the principles of least privilege, data minimization, and secure-by-design. Access to marketplace data is limited to authorized users and business functions.
Customers remain the owners and controllers of their ERP business data. R & R provides software and integration services. Customer ERP databases are hosted on infrastructure managed or controlled by each customer unless otherwise agreed in writing. ERP Expert follows the principles of least privilege, data minimization, and secure-by-design. Access to marketplace data is limited to authorized users and business functions.
R & R implements industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS/TLS encryption, role-based access control, strong password policies, audit logging, secure software development practices, regular updates and daily backup policies. API credentials and marketplace tokens should be encrypted before storage.
ERP Expert follows the principles of least privilege, data minimization, and secure-by-design. Access to marketplace data is limited to authorized users and business functions.
Information is retained only as long as necessary for contractual, operational or legal purposes. Customers may define their own ERP retention policy for business records stored on their infrastructure.
R & R does not sell customer information. Information may be disclosed only to authorized service providers, marketplace platforms where authorized, or government authorities when required by law.
If data is transferred across jurisdictions, appropriate technical and contractual safeguards will be implemented where required by applicable law.
